Account Support Ticket Response Time

I made a ticket about a week ago wanting to transfer my credits from Xbox to PC for ED and there hasn't been a response I don't know if it's something on my end that I'm doing wrong or this isn't an option anymore I jus would like some answers, because I just got a new PC ready for the switch got the new DLC and now I'm just waiting on the transfer.....

We could maybe embrace optimism and try to believe it's because they intend to make the accounts cross platform, or do full transfers.
The more likely reason is that they are doing a bunch of these right now as a lot of players transfer from consoles to PC, and it is taking them some time to work through them.

Frontier is currently looking at the options to do full account transfers.

I guess that's the reason they are not acting on any current requests, in case they do find a way to do the while thing, rather than just Credit value transfers.

I think you just need to be patient for some more time (and yes, I realise that if you're a console player your patience has already been tested extremely).
 
I'm in a similar position myself, having accounts on both PS4 and now PC.
I'm not interested in the Cr transfer, I have my own carriers so that wouldn't be a problem.
I have a plan as to how to proceed if they can do the full transfer and if they can't. Though what to do in the meantime is troublesome. I'm not spending Arx during this time as I don't know which account has a long term future.

I believe FDEV sent an email out to everyone who had applications pending that there would be a delay until they can get clarification on whether or not full account transfers would be possible, your application may have gone in after that email was sent.

Credit transfer is on hold right now, while they investigate the possibility of moving full accounts (this is by no means guaranteed). Until they are given the thumbs up (or down) by Sony and Microsoft you'll just have to carry on with a clean start.

Credits are basically thrown at you in this game, so it won't take you long to earn it all back anyways.
