Amazing. But true. Not even the richest game studio could tackle this project because they have time and money barriers.

Star Citizen 2: The Search For More Money
Perhaps someone should inform him that performing the act that he so far has obviously only dreamed about is usually accomplished with a willing partner conveniently present in the same room...in the case of playing Star Citizen, that's not so essential of course... but ultimately ends up just as clumsy and embarrasing for the first time with company

No idea if this guy is legit a <100 backer, but it’s certainly a familiar theme…

Since that post, that guy has probably finished school, finished a degree, had a solid 5 year career (maybe where he actually released a game!) and is considering a career change and has finally accomplished that deed with a willing partner. Might even have popped out a rug rat or two.Perhaps someone should inform him that performing the act that he so far has obviously only dreamed about is usually accomplished with a willing partner conveniently present in the same room...in the case of playing Star Citizen, that's not so essential of course... but ultimately ends up just as clumsy and embarrasing for the first time with company![]()

Games from CIG, still zero.

Lol."Son, Star Citizen is out today. I transferred my account to you because my fingers are too arthritic to play. I'm even finding it difficult to play the Ressikan flute these days"
I think you have missed the point of the post you responded to, which was simply to highlight that CIG has not yet released a single product in over 10+ years.Since that post, my childs graduated and a lot of things changed in my life.
Games I play every week from CIG : 1 (because the game is playable/enjoyable since several years).
Not released but already my main game and countless other backers do the same and counting hundred of hours in the alpha. Many players have already had a good return on their investment in gaming pleasure.
Space games that gave me as much pleasure as SC : 0
I think you have missed the point of my post, which was simply to state that the "released status" of a game doesn't matter anymore for a lot of gamers. Refusing to play a game only because it is not in a "released" state is a personnal choice.I think you have missed the point of the post you responded to, which was simply to highlight that CIG has not yet released a single product in over 10+ years.
Weather you personally have fun or not with a buggy, broken and seriously incomplete alpha is pretty much meh for that.
