I just want to double-check, because I read the Fandom wiki page on Guardian weapons but I'm not sure that's always reliable - you need one Guardian weapon blueprint for each weapon, right? So four slots = four blueprints?

I'd like to try out a similar build, but no way am I putting that amount of work in for something I might not even use again 😮
There are two levels.
You need to unlock only once for the first round of guardian weapons. Once for each type. Unlock and buy forever.
For the salvation variants, you have to unlock for each one you want to purchase.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when in groups at the Cap Ship CZs , players figure 8 attack runs on the interceptor pretty much ignoring the swarm since the AI has difficulty prioritizing player targets with this strategy.
Even when alone around the cap ships I got attacked by the interceptors but not the swarms. However, after targeting the swarm and firing with lasers at it it came after me.

Let's just say that it is a small advantage of using the cap ships. Maybe they just block the swarm somehow. It is still hard to kill the interceptors without scanning them if one is using a build different from standard one (I was using a cutter with plasma chargers most of the time, even made a couple of gankers flee).

You don't need to scan them if you set your target reticles to "Trailing" instead of "Leading" (Right Panel -> Ship -> there in one of the menus you can change it)
Salvation Plasma/Shards will become a dream afterwards - no need for standard builds and xeno scanner. Try it out in Week 3

Heh, i barely made it in Top25.
Yesterday, before getting home from work i had under 400 millions in bonds (i expected to end like the one before with a bit under 500 millions for top25%)
So last night i had to pull more than 250 millions to secure my top25% place

Was similar for me. I had each of my new alts kill a Thargoid Scout to increase the number of participants in both CGs. They are still in un-engineered cargo Pythons.

Can you please be a little more specific about that setting? I just have no idea how it works

Under the ship tab on the right panel, there's a setting for targetting that you can switch between leading or trailing.
Leading = the target reticle on your HUD shows you where to aim in order to hit what you're currently targetting.
Trailing = the target reticle on your HUD shows you where your shot will land, given your current direction and trajectory.
So by using trailing reticle you can hit hearts without needing to target them first, just point your ship so the reticle lines up with them.

Afternoon commanders!

First time I've actually gotten a decent reward from doing community goals, got the top 25% with 700mil handed in in Bounty's 😁😁

I completed the mission and handed it in at Muashi, but I can't see the modified Gauss cannons in storage anywhere. Am I missing something?

Cheers boys

Just to give this a bit of context, because I've seen people wondering how people are getting such high amounts (assuming no sandbagging from previous weeks).

For the medium intensity cap ship CZs, you get 10m for filling the first "kill the thargoids" bar (up to the hydra). If you kill the hydra you get another 20m completion bonus, plus 60m for the actual kill. So that's 90m, plus whatever you already got for killing all the scouts and interceptors before the hydra means a single instance will get you well over 100m. For the high intensity CZs it's likely to be over 200m since there's two hydras, the completion bonuses are higher and you're more likely to get medusas jumping in.
So running with a decent group of people clearing the CZs to completion fairly quickly (~30 minutes), racks up the bonds very quickly.

sounds reasonable. If I do everything you describe alone I am sitting ~2 hours in 1 CZ. A Hydra alone takes me ~45 mins (i know there is room to improve) and I need a lot materials for synthing stuff - which I need to gather, too.

But for a group it's different, i agree.

Sometimes it's just about good luck - I entered medium CZ in open, just when hydra was almost killed by 7 - 8 cmdrs, I had just enough time to shoot a little bit, and it was finished,
received 80 M, for nothing. Sometimes it's bad luck, to do a lot of work to destroy some hearts, then I was killed (to receive premium ammo for free) and when I'm back it's already
finished - no bonds. I like Audacious CZ because it's close to Bright Sentinel.
