@random goat

I have one additional question regarding this matter. If you still choose to not recognise my resubmission (which is well within your right, obviously), am I barred completely from resubmitting a list in the future? Say, after the next DLC releases. If so, I find that ridiculously unfair, but understand it would make things complicated.
Yeah again I'm really sorry for this but there's not much I can do. I understand you acted on good faith and you didn't know editting your post would lead to this. I probably should have warned people about this more repeatedly. But it is what it is, I would be okay to trust you, but then I would need to trust everyone else and some people might start editting their original lists on purpose.
With the new DLC Released, here is m new wishlist:

1) American Black Bear
2) Spectacled Bear
3) Maned Wolf
4) Musk Ox
5) Hoffman's Two-Toed Sloth
6) West Indian Manatee

Dear, beloved @random goat. Will you have any time for update this month? Hope all is good with you. Cheers!
It's coming, my dear nutrit, it's coming.

I did read the rules, I asked others on the forum if they were able to find my previous list, because if the list I am supposed to find is from the essential 20 habitat animals wishlist, that thread no longer exists, I was just trying to find it and doing my best to follow the rules, I tried at least

The 20 habitat animals I want/need for this game the most would be these:
Capybara
Tasmanian Devil
Wombat (Common/Southern Hairy-Nosed)
Emu
South American Coati
Francois Langur
Gelada
Short-Beaked Echidna
Asian Small-Clawed Otter
Fishing Cat
Siamang
Northern White-Cheeked Gibbon
False Gharial
Amur Leopard
Cotton-Top Tamarin
Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo
Yellow-Footed Rock Wallaby
Hamadryas Baboon
Little Penguin
Serval
Additions: Sumatran Tiger, Common Eland, Dromedary Camel, Aoudad/Barbary Sheep, Red-Rumped Agouti, European Fallow Deer, Kudu (Greater/Lesser), Tammar Wallaby, Western Grey Kangaroo, Nubian Ibex

First Quote = your original 20s list.
Bolded animals = animals that were added in the game.
Since your original post had 20 animals (additions do not count), you are now allowed to add 5 more animals + 3 for the animals on your list added. 5+3 = 8 animals.

What to do:

1. Click on your name in the post I quote here first.
2. Quote that post.
3. Write a new reply and insert quoted post. Name 8 animals. Bold the animals from your original list that were added, like I did here for you.
4. Show random goat some respect by NOT editing anything else from your list, NOT posting additions and FOLLOW THE RULES.

On a side note: The original thread is not gone, it's this thread. It just has a different name now. Random goat told you to quote your post from november, he was saying to you to find exactly this post which I did now find for you.

YES, another chance to pick!

1. California sea lion
2. Asian Small Clawed Otter
3. Maned Wolf
4. Prairie Dog
5. North American Racoon
6. Skunk
7. European Badger
8. Armur Leopard
9. Hamadryas Baboon
10. Lar Gibbon
11. Grey Crowned Crane
12. Kea
13 Kiwi
14. Tasmanian Devil
15. Wombat
16. Squirrel Monkey
17. Emperor Tamarin
18. Black Howler Monkey
19. European fallow deer
20. Moose

If Keas don't work (honestly, I don't see them fly much in zoos), please replace it with a wild boar. (I know, funny replacement).
Cranes should work as they are basically like Flamingos. They could fly if zoos wouldn't trim their wings. Is trim the right word?

Quo´ted myself to see what I had picked. My fibe additional animals

My five additional picks:
1. African crested porcupine
2. Walrus
3. Emu
4. Watussi Cattle
5. Sloth Bear

(I admit, Capybara would be on the list if it wasn't leaked already, so I'm openly cheating here)

Couldn't wait until tomorrow, so here are my two list including all silly typos. I'll just cross out every animal that we got now. I was lucky! 6 slots!

1. South American Coati
2. Tanuki (my new love)
3. Red Fox
4. Siamang
5. Collared Peccary
6. Asiatic Lion (I don't believe in a remodel, so I just want another lion with the high quality they do lately)
YESSS, I got 2 Bingos after last DLC, I just found out. :D
Replacement for Armur Leopard and Siamang:
1. Sloth
2. Goodfellows Tree Kangaroo

Which sloth, may I ask? Linnaeus's Two Toed?
The one that's already in the top 10 anyway. That's why I didn't specify, it will be added there anyway. :) To be honest, I'm not really educated on all the different species, more or less already named all animals I really want on the rest of my list and figured I just use my votes now wisely to push those animals in the Top 10 that I really would like to see and didn't name yet.

Thanks a lot for this post Swjos!

Just a minor correction for @RedPandaReggie to take into account. They have already added +5 animals to their original list, those being:
Common Eland
Przewalski's Horse
Red River Hog
Linnaeus's Two-Toed Sloth
Nubian Ibex

And they made replacements for capybara and ASCO.

All this can be found in the quoted post below. @RedPandaReggie, you are only able to resubmit votes for two animals (replacing Amur leopard and Przewalski's Horse in your original list and your +5 additional votes, respectively). Resubmit your votes as Swjos explained.

I hope I have this right, if I don't, well. Is it possible to deduct votes? Because there are some species here I have not picked out of pure need, I really just slapped a few species together, with my experience in dlc structuring with my concepts and analysis of the meta wishlist, I have found animals I really do want and need.
Anyway with the additions of the Capybara, Asian Small Clawed Otter and Fallow Deer, I place my 25 habitat animals
Maned Wolf (replacement for Capybara)
Tasmanian Devil
Common Wombat
Emu
South American Coati
Francois Langur
Gelada
Short Beaked Echidna
Sumatran Tiger (replacement for Asian Small-Clawed Otter)
Fishing Cat
Siamang
Northern White-Cheeked Gibbon
False Gharial
Amur Leopard
Cotton-Top Tamarin
Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo
Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby
Hamadryas Baboon
Little Penguin
Serval
Common Eland
Przewalski's Horse
Red River Hog
Linnaeus's Two-Toed Sloth
Nubian Ibex

If this doesn't count, I don't know what does, it depends on how few votes some particular animals have
PLEASE KEEP BOTH POSTS SWJOS AND I HAVE JUST QUOTED FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

List updated! We've reached 500!
Great job on the list as always!

I'd like to comment on the Sloth issue here as well. As we have spoken about it in DM, I don't know what you will decide, but I think it would be better to replace the top Sloth with Linnaeus's Two-Toed, as it is leading by 10 or so Votes at the moment. My biggest concern here is the fact that the total Sloth rank changes depending on which species the generic votes are added on. If they are added to Linnaeus's Two-Toed Sloth, Sloth goes up to Rank 6 or 7, instead of the current 9 or 10. That's a huge difference.

The funny thing about sloths is, three-toed sloths are more well-known by the general public, but two-toed sloths are pretty much the only ones in captivity.

Either way, Two-Toed is in the lead on the Meta-Wishlist regardless of it being less known, which isn't reflected in the OP at the moment. I guess people take real life captivity figures more seriously, which places Two-Toed in the lead, despite being less "iconic".

Here's an Excerpt from my DM to Random Goat, if People want to know more about the exact Count:

Used the Following Categories When Counting Votes:
1) Linnaeus's Two-Toed (includes direct Linnaeus's Two-Toed votes as well as generic Two-Toed)
2) Brown-Throated Three-Toed (includes direct Brown-Throated Three-Toed votes, as well as generic Three-Toed)
3) Generic (includes all other votes like "Sloth", "Any Sloth" or "Two/Three Toed Sloth")

Did not count other Species, like Hoffmann's Two-Toed, Pygmy or Pale-Throated Three-Toed, since these don't have an effect on accumulated Rankings.

Original 20 Animal Lists
Linnaeus: 21
Brown: 29
Generic: 57

Page 53 Additional 5 Votes Announcement (Grand Total)
Linnaeus: 43
(makes 44 after RedPandaReggie's Vote)
Brown: 46
Generic: 79

Page 90 Replacing Votes Announcement (Grand Total)
Linnaeus: 76
(makes 77 after RedPandaReggie's Vote)
Brown: 66
Generic: 95

Notes on Oddities:
1) Coatifan's Brown-Throated Two-Toed Sloth counted towards Three-Toed, even though it is a Chimera. Maybe you'll choose to do something else with it, I don't know.
2) kovu_rebecca's Brown-Throated Three-Toed Sloth is not included in the Total, since I can see that you made a Warning to them as they exceeded the Limit when voting for 5 additional Animals. They then did not resubmit corrections.
3) MarikMoon was all over the place with their re-submissions, so I made sure they weren't double-counted.
4) OkapiJohn's generic Sloth vote in the re-submission not counted because you haven't liked it due to wrong re-submission format. They did the same Mistake twice actually...

5) RedPandaReggie's Linnaeus's Two-Toed Sloth vote in their brand new list for no apparent reason was also excluded because it was against the Rules and you did not confirm the post.
6) Included Josefine's Vote in their extra 4 Votes replacement submission, despite them editing the Original Post, thanks to another user quoting them before the Edit. You can see my response to them on Page 118.

Count valid through Post #2,347

If there are new Votes after Post #2,347, they are not included in my Count.

Based on this Breakdown, total Votes for most popular Sloth and its Rank also changes.

When Generic Votes are added on top of Brown-Throated, the total is 161

When Generic Votes are added on top of Linnaeus', the total is 171 (makes 172 after RedPandaReggie's Vote)

Thanks a lot for this post Swjos!

This means +1 to Two-Toed until Post #2,347, because I had excluded RedPandaReggie's Vote.
