That's about 50 to 55 million altogether.
I made half that in 12 minutes. In 36 minutes, I beat it.
By the way, guys - I've had to start doing some work around the house being the domestic God, and my old, trusty Craftsman 3/8 inch drive socket wrench finally gave out.
Several years back (I don't remember how long) Lowe's bought the Craftsman brand from Sears, so I went up to Lowe's to exchange it for a new one. In typical Craftsman fashion, they did - no questions asked. I bought that particular ratchet in Charleston, South Carolina in 1989.
Anyway, while I was standing in line waiting my turn to exchange it, I happened to glance over and see that someone had returned an FSD. I had no idea that Lowe's even stocked them.
So, if you ever wanted to know what one actually looks like, here you go:

However, because I've been doing so much on-foot scavenging, I found it disappointing there are no goods or assets on top that I can snaffle.

You are in a metallic ring looking for Platinum, right? Not a metal-rich ring?
Cuz metal-rich only works for core mining (and not very well for that). For laser mining you want metallic rings.
Just checking. Sorry if you already knew that.
Or rocky. Anything but metal rich.
I'll check again but this is not the only problem I had, mixing the Universal Limpet Controller and other types causes issues, I had to reverse to 2 X 5$ Collector Limpet Controllers.
Sometimes I think that some files in my game instalation forlders are corrupted a bit...
Going back to my home base in Wolf 363, I know I used to mine Low Temperature Diamonds there but also Bromelite and Tritium in the same hotspot, this should do for while, next month I'll probably will get Odyssey but before this I need to upgrade my Carrier with Services other players can use.

I'm back prospecting again - not to keep Felicity happy but to try to stock up with phosphorus and iron in case I need to refuel and repair the SRV when I'm hunting for exobiology. I've already had some luck as the first couple of samples I got here were phosphorus and I've only just started looking. 
When out in space I'm still heading east-ish after leaving Morgan's Rock and I'm currently about 1,000LY from the Hawkins Gap Sector. I was originally going to go to what was described by somebody I found on an internet search as an "outpost," situated roughly in the middle of Hawkins Gap, so I could sell more stuff to Cartographics before returning to the bubble, and I plotted a 6,000-odd LY route there, but I've since cancelled that route as a bit more research seems to show it was a planetary outpost and is now abandoned.
So my new plan is to continue heading towards the Hawkins Gap Sector, head into it for maybe 1,000 LYs, then return to the bubble. Whatever, as I'm now just over 5,000LY from Sol I'm getting plenty of system first discovers.

My Cutter was destroyed coming out of a station, I went to Windows for a few seconds to check on info... All the data I collected over a 35000+ LY, honking and scanning L2 and 3 was lost.
First Carrier upgrade will be Universal Cartographics, after each exploration trip around the Carrier, I'll be able to sell my data at least...

But anyway, sorry to hear about that disaster of yours and it's what I get worried about when I have lots of unsold exploration data (as I do now in fact) knowing that if my ship gets destroyed it's all lost...
My commiserations. Some lessons are painful.

While not at those levels of exploration data I am starting to think about turning back, I haven’t checked how much data I have but the transactions tab shows two sets of intel data that I am not sure where I got them and around 3 million in Codex data.I "liked" your comment, but didn't really.
