Not sure if we are still talking about the same.😅 I was thinking of Elefant, Tiger & co from Leipzig Zoo, their porcupine stable is raised and the porcupines reach the outdoor enclosure with an overhead tunnel.
Ah, unfortunately not the same show. I meant "Geheime Tiergeburten" which was on TV recently, but I'm probably the only person on earth who still watches regular TV haha 😅"Elefant, Tiger und Co" it's already too long for me with 1000+ episodes, I was thinking about starting again from the beginning (after all, they're on YT too). But I don't want to go any further OT here.

I built an entrance as the start of a new zoo, it's just missing a few small details.

I finished the entrance plaza today and built a fountain corridor with reference to the Houston Zoo. I placed some animal statues on both sides of the corridor, which are used to commemorate the star animals in the zoo's history in the setting (PS: some of the statues are too small, but there is no way with the current version).

The Arctic wolves are the northwest corner of Predator Plateau and their habitat acts as the gateway to the Arctic area.

First time I'm really playing the francise mode. After the money machine started, I began with rebuilding/decorating the Chinese area and have also started to create a temple for my large Indian exhibit. I think once I have enough credits I will try to create a Bornean section with the Bornean orangutan and elephant and in the meantime improve the below sections.

Currently housing (not mentioning the exhibit species):

Japan
Japanese macaque
Japanese raccoon dog

China
Takin
Père David's deer
Red Panda
Red-crowned crane

Oceania
Dingo
North island brown kiwi
Platypus

India
Indian peafowl
Indian rhinoceros
Nilgai

First picture of my Bornean Tropical House. This is the indoor part for the elephants, of which I plan to house a bull and 2-3 cows. Still a lot of work to do, but finally happy with a good set of building pieces which fit together.

Besides the elephants I want to add proboscis monkeys and 1 or 2 pairs of orangutans. For the outdoor parts of the exhibits I want to link them via a river, which will maybe have some otters in it.

Some more teasers for the WIP Bornean Tropical House. The walls are standing and also the outlines for the indoor exhibits have been created.

When entering the first thing you see are the two indoor exhibits for the orangutans. Both will also have their own outdoor part, making it possible to house two families at the same time. Via the stairs you can go the indoor part for the proboscis monkeys, which they share with the Asian small-clawed otters. Outside they have a large land area and also two smaller islands.

Black rhinos and dama gazelles in my new Lowden Zoo. The vibe I'm going for is "modern but dated".

The paddock to the right will be for addax. Where the path is looping off on the left hand side is the entrance to the African area (not yet built) which will be a mini kopje for meerkats, porcupines, and spurred tortoises (I also am planning a bigger kopje for baboons). Past the addax to the right, the path will loop around again, and I'm planning two caracal habitats there, then another big savannah for the classic giraffe mix (I'm thinking giraffes, zebras, ostriches, and Nile lechwe - maybe a fifth species, too, but we'll see how big I make it). I also plan on changing the fence around the path here but I put it in to give a sense of completeness. I've got a custom fence made to wrap around the habitat but it's so tedious doing that.
