Is it possible to get a flight plan of a megaship (the systems it travels between after every tick)?

Hello Commanders! I am curious as to when the tick happens. I know that it happens once per day, and I have heard that the time changes occasionally - is there a way to find out when exactly the tick happens?

Dear development & maintenance teams! Please, fix BGS tick time to 12:00 IGT. Several patches before mentioned tick time was really perfect, but now... I understand, that tick may be postponed, but/ please, move it back after maintenance\upgrade\patching\etc.
