So much for the estimated hour and a half. The servers went offline at 10:30 and it's now 12:17pm and still shows upgrading with nothing from FD saying why it's late?

I can assure you that the last thing I am missing is the big picture. And as a product manager for most of my working life, I do understand the development process, thank you.

It all comes down to priorities. I think FD have got them almost completely wrong. Feel free to disagree.

Players like me who have already spent what they are going to spend (got the LEP) are a drag on costs with no upside (unless they promote the game, perhaps. No chance of that until they deliver the game I bought). The bean counters would probably be perfectly happy if I stopped playing.

Perhaps they are planning for a 24 hour upgrade so that all players are equally disadvantaged. Only fair.
