Patch Notes Update 1.6 and The Engineers (2.1) update incoming

Great patch notes.... Just one thing...

Most people when writing stuff include a key that include the meanings of the acronyms used, personally I have no idea what most of them mean, making acronyms meaningless.

Also numerous references to 'polity' is this 'police'? - I have no idea what they are.
 
Logged on last night to randomly fire some torps from a sidey close to a station in beta. Still get wiped out by sec forces.
First time in like ages to play......really hope I can find some time soon as this game has come on so much.
For ref, I docked at Founders the other week - my Cliiper or Cutter (cant remember) will be looking forward to some huge weapons to go blasting with..... :)

Polity = Political order

I'm curious if the Asia Pacific players interacting with other players issue has been addressed or if it is this. Given I really want to play with the other side of the world again.

More changes to address space bound players being match made with those on the surface

Orbital Cruise

- Fixed one aspect of the glide sequence sounding weird
- Audio: Fix a broken altitude ratio rtpc that was causing some weirdness in the glide sequence
- Optimisations to OrbitalHUD UI
- Are you sure you're still reading these patch notes?
 
- Silent running is now disabled when the docking computer is activated.
But why?
I've often (when necessary) used Silent Running mode while docking and found it a little finicky having to disable the Docking Computer momentarily in order to activate it.
Now I'll have to dock manually if I want to use Silent Running.
I just wonder why this is deemed an "improvement".
