My problem is that this game is multiplayer with no propper tools for this... It's just made like single player online.
if it helps the PC version is 25.5 GB
I believe they've encrypted the files, but not sure if that will stop naughtiness
There was a bit in there that says you can stack kill ships missions if their from different factions.

Using game files to speculate, is pointless and counter productive. As it has been from the release of this game. Please do not use these forums to discuss things you may or may not find.

If factions are that important, why not modify your ship reg and name/ agree a colour scheme with your group?

You asked to know to what faction did the person you were shooting belong. You didn't ask anything about people attacking you.
You can see their name. It's not hard to find out what groups they belong to. Well, not hard for me and people I know at least. YMMV on that of course depending on intelligence and/or education, but I'm in no position to speculate on that.
You do however seem somewhat angry and aggressive here, calling people names and the like. I'd suggest a change in attitude personally, the mods don't generally take too kindly to that.
Anyway, fly safe once you can (or dangerous if you prefer) and have fun doing whatever it is you do.

No but they killed the stacking planet scans, which was a great way of ranking and making money. You're right though, data delivery missions untouched so not completely knackered
And judging by how slow the store is right now ... it's working.
Added hangar cameras for Type-6 shipkits ?
Applying atmospherics to ships where the rest of the game has no atmo isn't childs play…
