I have been playing for a couple of days only and haven't bought any of the DLCs yet, but I would like to see some animals added, if you don't mind me voting.

It is not guaranteed 100%, but they normally add one or two of the most requested animals in each new pack. They also add one that very few people asked for, so we also get surprises. The developers have confirmed that they read the forum and take into consideration our animal whishes.
