Never did a beta. My current game won't be deleted after official hits the game right?

also, are consolers going to get that VOCAS thing?
Works for me, lifetime pass means you get all the addons for free. Works fine for me. Check your launcher, beta is at the bottom

Frontier might have a target date but likely that's flexible and depends how the beta goes.
There's no public announcement on it yet. It's usually well publicised.
They will be incorporated, perhaps unless there's a bug that can't be resolved that might see a feature pulled.
Probably some values/rewards will change from what they are today - as a result of beta testing and at beta end.
Beyond is available free for everyone who owns Horizons season pass.
There has to my knowledge been no announcement of any restriction like this. There is talk of some DLC later in the season though and one likely area might COVAS, ship computer voice packs. As there's been no announcement I suspect Victor (new voice in beta) will be a free upgrade, with other packs coming - to store - later.
As usual, what happens in beta stays in beta and does not affect your main save. Double and triple check you're playing the beta (and NOT the main gaime) if you're considering resetting your save to test the beta.
would like to see Steam Achievements eventually...

I see xbox have achievements - Steam Achievements would be cool for PC players - (if even possible at all!)....Steam Achievements would give players more incentive to log more hours, tryout/engage in various features/activities and just play more I reckon...

You dare using weapons with THAT crime and punishment? Just saying...
Correct. You can even safely wipe your commander, just be sure you are in the right beta client before you do that (chose the right one from the launcher)
The reason why you probably would want to wipe your commander is the huge 'beta sum' (1.5 billion?) you get when starting fresh in Beta.
Unfortunately there's no way to get equally huge sums of material to test the material broker...

Have you tried the newer station in the system (LHS 3447), Bluford Orbital? Unfortunately I can't check myself at the moment as the beta doesn't see my throttle.
