Accept the Crew

1. I start open game
2. My friend (in game) start open game
3. I select the menu two friends and click - invite to the crew.
4. What's next? I don't get any reaction from him or me.

How do you take a specific person as a crew member in an open game?

As soon as I open the admission to the crew, I immediately get some strangers.

It'll show up in the Social tab (2). If it doesn't appear, both of you quit to main menu and try again.

It's in the Comm menù up left, will appear an higlighted request for him to accept your invite, if he ignores you won't crew.

Maybe it's the avatar combined with the word "accept" which spooks them off, OP.

If you're talking Multicrew, gird thy loins. It is notoriously buggy. I hope it works out for you, just keep your expectations low.

If direct invites aren't working, I'd hazard a guess there's a problem with someone's router. I have difficulties forming or joining wings sometimes, although it's not new to me. Virgin's superhub2 router is quite terrible for online gaming, specifically p2p stuff.
