Not sure if this is still the case but I found that Houssay Ring in the Aasgananu system is selling the Asp for 5.6mil

Yeah, thats the 15% discount from being in a Li Yong-Rui controlled/Exploited system. Should apply to all ships and outfitting sold there

Edit: Following my recent spending spree it appears all ships can be bought at a discount except the Courier and Clipper. Those can only be found at a discount at the Founders world.
We need to pressure the Devs to apply the Patreus 10% discount

Thought so too, but was hoping for a discount because the first post in this topic said 'all outfitting and ships'. I guess that means all available ships have a 20% discount (which makes more sense).

Shinrarta Dezhra sells every ship and module. But you need the permit which requires an Elite ranking unless you bought the game at a specific level of alpha/beta or whatever. I forget which one.

Definitive list of users who are eligible to receive the permit to Founders World:
Anyone who has backed during the Kickstarter campaign at any level
Anyone who reaches the Elite rank
Funny thing is before the last update it was 22.25%
on a 146mil .25% is worth having.......Just been into Patreus Territory and confirmed that his discount (10%) on imperial ships is working. Updating OP now.

Confirmed just now that the only discount at Beta Hydri is to the Eagle (10%), everything else shows normal prices.

Like you i received my founder permit on elite explorer (155mil) almost immediately........... Took 15 mins for my 99% to update to 100% and say ELITE.
Instead of posting a question, reading this (short) thread would have given you the answer...
