I am visiting Dalton Gateway at the time of this post, and right now the more expensive ships they have are:
Vulture: 3.9M cr
Asp: 5.3M cr
Type 7: 14M cr
Federal Dropship: 15.9M cr
Python: 45.6M cr
Type-9: 61.2M cr

Top powerplants today: B6, A5, A4
Top thrusters: C7, A6, A5, A4
Top frameshift drives: A6, A5, B3 (no class 4)
Top power distributor: B8, D7, A3 (no classes 6, 5 or 4)
Top Shield generators: A7, B6, B5
Top shield cell banks: B6, A5, A4

No huge hardpoints weapons.
Large hardpoints: PA; turreted pulses; Gimballed cannons, pulses and bursts; fixed Frag and Cannon.
Medium hardpoints: most.

So not the best loadouts available. But hey: 20%!
It was tempting to pick up another python and a Vulture, but it would have left me with too little buffer for comfort.

No Anaconda, sadly. Type-9 was the biggest ship there when I visited. Not sure if ships rotate.
You can find an Anaconda 15% off at Li Young-Rui controlled systems though. At least 2 High-tech systems have the discount, and one had 15 ships for sale. One is Lembava, where the explorer cg is right now, and the other is Diaguandri, Ray Gateway, with the 15 ships including Anaconda. No Fer De Lance, in case anyone wonders.

Edit: I dropped by for some upgrades today, so here is the offers at Ray Gateway Shipyard:
Sidewinder, Eagle, Hauler, Adder, Viper, Cobra, and
Diamondback Scout: 479,680 cr
Type-6: 889k cr
DB Explorer: 1.6M cr
Vulture: 4.2M cr
Asp: 5.6M cr
Orca: 41.2M cr
Python: 48.4M cr
Type-9: 65M cr
Anaconda: 124.9M cr

Ray Gateway also has a great range of modules, including A7 powerplant (43.6M), A6 thrusters (13.7M), A7 power distributor (8.3M) and B6 and A5 shield generators.

The Antal Community Goal will be giving a discount on Technology.

A nice easy trade goal. Simply ship metals from the local outpost, Wagner 300 light seconds to the station, for 700 cr per tonne profit and ship meds back the other way for about 100cr. Round trip between the two is about 5 minutes :)

Got bored fast with that one, seeing as it's not moving up in the tiers very well. Could make what the top 5% is getting in 30 minutes.

Wait a minute... so if you go to Yong's systems you can get a bigger discount than at Founder's world on all things?

That seems a bit... wong... erm, i mean wrong.

Apparently so, it seems odd to me too unless FDev expected Yong to be eliminated from Powerplay early on.
I heard some rumours that it may be 15% after 1.3 but I don't have access (yet) so can't check for myself. Eagle Eye said it was still 10% on the last page.

Alas you can't trade the cheap modules to other systems... but can free up some readies and reduce rebuy by stripping, selling, hauler-taxiing and rebuying!

Just thought Id mention it because it was a discount thread.

By the way do these stack with Power bonuses in any way?
