I wish we could name our ships in game and view the stenciled named on ship model when viewing with cam.
Plus the obligatory graphics decal of course. Wouldn't mind paying for that like we do with ship paint too.
Think Diaguandri will be your best bet for larger modules (High tech near to Lembava).
If not i'd suggest take the hit and go to founders unless you fancy searching. Its an 8mil difference for loosing that extra 5% discount.
The 15% discount in Li Yong-Rui Controlled and Exploited systems is for both ships and outfitting right? And is available to non-pledged commanders as well (At least in control systems).
Yes exploited and controlled should both apply the discount and non-pledged should be able to utilise it as well.
It's commonly been noted that armour is only found where the ship is sold. Im going to trawl a few pages and see if I can't find some locations to check and edit them in.
Courier should be at Baldr (I bought it there with armour on the 12/07/15).
Clipper should be at Kamito (I bought it there on the 11/07/15 but without armour so no promises).
Hopefully that information should still be up to date.

baldr changed recently to uncontrolled system, another poster and i checked there few days ago and it no longer sold imperial courier nor had armour for it (i originally bought courier at baldr so know it used to be there but no longer is)
had to go to denton patreus space, LP 940-115 that has both courier and clipper.
Ah damn, I've not been following powerplay that closely so hadn't realised. Thanks for correcting me anyway, im glad I jumped in before it went.
I got a clipper last night from Kamito at -15%. The outfitter is okay-ish, but it doesn't sell everything (no good shield generators or thrusters for me).
It did have the 5A FSD and a wide range of fuel scoops, so at least you won't get stranded in a new ship with terrible jump range.
I got it outfitted by doing a tour of hi-tech systems to get medicines near the new CG at Bast. It's a few jumps away from Kamito, but the clipper is a good jumper and a 4C Fuel scoop will refill you from near empty in 1 minute.

I dont follow or participate (for now, maybe way later) in PP either, which i why surprised me when i went to baldr to buy armor for my courier and found none, because courier was also no longer sold there.
then was told by vets and hence learned that valuable rule that armor upgrades for a ship type can only be done at worlds where that ship is sold (and armor avaialble which is not always the case every place the ship is sold)
which sucked because while i got courier at 15% discount, i had to pay full price for armor. And sold courier later so i'm hoping yong-rui gets a world back that has courier and armor avaialble so i can re-buy one cheap
Just thrown the thread link for page 1 into google for some fun and im quite amazed at how far this has spread both inside and outside of the forums. Tons of links from the non-English Elite forums so thanks to everyone for spreading the word
Outside the forums I've counted Reddit, steam and a number of other forums. A bit of google translate also showed that its been passed along to other languages outside the Elite forums so here's a quick shoutout to the French, Russian, Romanian, Bulgarian, German and Hungarian people that have come by (sorry if I've missed anyone but those are the ones I've seen)
On a side note I updated some of the "latest verified" but no other major changes. Keep any updates coming.
Is there a discount for having an Elite rank? I remember reading something about 2.5%(ish) on everything but can't find any real proof anywhere. Thats something I'd like to add if I can get solid data.

Diaguandri - Ray Gateway should have you set with 15% off the ship price and outfitting.
If not Lembava next door will have any missing modules also at 15% discount.
