Well if Rizal can't have an "official assistant thread curator" then maybe that's the way to approach it; but it does mean you are undertaking a potentially big collation load until Riz can transfer it into the FP. I think ideally we should have more links from this thread into the "Canonn database", they've been doing some cool stuff there. Pity I hate Discord, I might be more up to date with that repository...

You wait ages for a galnet post about station status, then two come along at the same time:

Seems a fairly deliberate addition to me. The storyline might be they are harvesting something (thargons? Tharglets?) from the barney and seeding more barneys to breed more resources ready for the imminent invasion....

The CG guys seems to be able to edit the CG threads even if they didn't create them. Maybe you could get similar.

Main problem with that is the last time rizal needed a sub there was a call for volunteers ... and no-one volunteered. Lots of people willing to ask for stuff though :)

Looks like someone is UA bombing again. In the current state of affairs this should be made a Capital (permanent) offense!

Your fourth & fifth look the same to me.

edit: ah, sorry. Just enlarged it & see there is some difference in the middle ring. We should start a count to see how often each of these turn up, might help to see if it is rank related ( assuming higher ranks Are less common...)

Not me... though I do note you could flog Thargoid Sensors (since that's the only thing which reportedly affects stations) from one anarchy faction, and deliver them via BM to another station in large quantities.

So... consider Barnacles have been found in the following nebulas:
- Pleiades
- Witch Head
- California

... maybe it's a locality based thing? Maybe they're in many more nebulas and we've never found them?

The 'goid uses hardpoints to project that familiar green column we saw at the barnacles to 'suck' something out of the damaged ship and then an item of cargo appears ready to be scooped up.

Then it clears off and hyperwakes out.

The cargo so far that I've scooped is scientific research, scientific sample, prototype tech (illegal) and reactive armor. All has a Palin type of flavor to it. They don't like the research, I guess, and where it's heading.

But note that the ships so far (that I have seen) are Imperial ! I thought it was the Federation that had the ire of the Thargoids?
