sorry that I cant check myself (was yesterday on site 3 but forgot) as currently transferring my ASPX to Colonia, but could someone on Site 3 have a short glimpse to the obelisks while scanning ?
If I remember right, on Site 1 always the middle of the 3 symbol groups was giving changing patterns, the upper and lower were static?
If on Site 3 now the middle one keeps static and either upper or lower is giving patterns that might tell some ?

I did that while doing my scans yesterday. The patterns glowing on the obelisks seem to be exactly the same. No video or images to prove it though.

I also checked the glyphs on the base of the 4 monoliths. It also seems to be the same as the other at site 1 and site 2.

Need multi checking by other cmdrs to be sure.

Please check the latest map from the front page, those should be A19 and A18 if I remember right. As for Language 2-5, no one seems to be able to get them.

I am looking at it. A19 and A18 gives Language 1. I know someone got Lang 6 at least.

I dont get that either. 7.5d for its orbital period must refer to the star as the binary partner planet, C3A is on an orbital period of 0.4d, so if tidally locked refered to the partner, it would have an orbit the same (0.4d) and and rotation the same (0.4d). Is it lit by the class M "B" star perhaps?

Look at C5 and C6, they are a binary pair both with orbit of 1.8d which makes sense, but C5 is marked tidally locked with a rotation of 2.7d which can be neither the binary partner nor the star, or I'm missing something obvious.

I'm a bit confused on that point. The planet with the third discovered ruins is listed as tidally locked, but it was day when I first arrived, and now it's night. Is it tidally locked to its moon, and not the star?

I haven't seen daytime on that body since the discovery

I think its because it is tilted at 42.10degrees Although the same "side" is pointing at the star all the time that "side" is actually oscillating up and down if you like. Sometimes the north pole will have an angle = (90-42.10) from the star . Half way round it will be 90 + 42.10.

OK, crackpot idea time. This is all to do with Cluster "H" found at the first ruins site. (See maps on FrontPage)
From the bugged data bleed in pg and open, this cluster yielded the most data, and my crazy brain thinks it has spotted a pattern in that cluster.

From the extra data bled in pg and open, I have made some projected guesses as to the combos needed to get data from the currently inactive obelisks - if, IF, they were functioning.
This is just a bit of fun really, but I will be looking to make a comparison as to what I "guess" is missing and what comes out of the new site in terms of working combos.

What is the "index" refering to ? My first understanding was for example if Language 10 then index is 10...

I had one extremely long load time at -7, 42, but I am pretty sure that was just some lag on my PC/connection (couldn't reproduce it by switching modes, leaving planet entirely and dropping down on same place). Other than that, all drop times were normal.

Link is broken but it's the newer version that has A sector labeled from 1-20 going counter-clockwise. The 4 tablet obelisks are in the upper right.

A19 is the same as A20. They contain duplicates. Both unlock Language 1 with Tablet alone.

But if you already obtained Language 1 from A20 then A19 reacts in two possible ways :
1. no message if you carry any combo with the primary item (Tablet in this case since it's a Language data)
2. an error message from Ram Tah otherwise
