I'm going with some kind of shuttle, as I can't see any obvious hardpoints.

If you take a look at the cockpit, it is much larger than a simple shuttle would be.

Actually, it doesn't look huge like the Anaconda or Space Cows. It might be some sort of interplanetary cargo carrier - since the caption did say "in it for the long haul" which might refer to the ED version of one of these:

I was thinking of the FE2/FFE interplanetary shuttles when I said that. This thing looks like it has about 12-18t of cargo capacity..

I just watched the GameTrailers version of the E3 demo. That planetary system is just gorgeous, an earth like moon orbiting a vast gas giant with another moon in the background. I hadn't even thought about seeing such things. Just imagine what the sky would look like on the surface of that moon.

One day we won't need to imagine, we will be able to fly our ships down to the surface and see it for ourselves. Something I'm looking forward to.
