General Allow for owner ship swaps aboard carriers without having to be onboard a ship and having the shipyard service installed

Just as a random though that occurred to me.
It would be nice that a owner of a carrier would be able to access all ships and modules stored aboard their carrier without having to be onboard a ship or having the respective services installed and active. Maybe that could be done via an additional terminal inside the office to the starboard of the command deck.

What is wrong with selecting a new ship from your ship?

I have the shipyard but I only bothered to swap ship using this mechanism once.
