An error occured. Error 500.

Dear Support Team,

I´m trying to transfer my old xbox elite dangerous account but everytime I log in into my microsoft account I get to the next page spitting out the following error:

An error occured.​


Error 500.​


I would love to try the game on PC but I´m not willing to start from scratch again. Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S. Yes I deleted my cache etc.

I see that the new "support chat" applet is working again today on the support website. That was super useful the other week and resolved an issue for me within minutes.

Look for the applet in the bottom left of the webpage if it is active:
