I just completed route 1.
Here is a description of what I had to do:

Confirmed, COL 173 SECTOR WK-A A48-4 Beta site has L13 and L14. Just finished my run. Maaan this mission got bugged big time.

Well done! You're way faster than me, but I got distracted playing at the guardian structure sites along the way.
Just a note to add to page 12. Scans three and four work using the ancient items listed in the Guide, but on the ground those obelisks are flashing orb/orb...
I used https://canonn.science/codex/ram-tahs-mission/ there is a link to a route optimizer which lists all sites and possible combinations.

I also visited a few guardian sites along the way but here we wanted a guide to 'Decoding the ancient ruins'. Got a few millions from this other mission...
When not stated, the scans are done according to initial guide so I didn't bother giving the combinations.
You can do the scans in any order.
You can scan in any order but the order in the guide allows a minimal number of jumps and I added the extra ones trying to minimize the distance too.
I can't get this one to work
EDIT: I've now tried 5 different locations for T7, still can't get it to work. I've tried 2 Q1 sites and 3 M2 sites
Anyone with a confirmed working T7?

Last night, I started Route 2. The first two pages worked for me. Went to Page 3 and things were amiss. Obelisks for 2-5 were missing. I was able to scan 1 and six and I confirmed by looking at my transaction. Then got sidetracked on here looking for answers.

I have been doing route 2 for the last few days with a few detours along the way when scans have failed (visiting additional sites in systems).
Main issue is scan registering, but no message received and total reward not updating.
There are also a few sites that I have encountered where the layout has changed.
There have also been obelisks where the symbols are incorrect. The symbols given on the Canonn site worked. The symbols displayed on the obelisk did not.
I also have a mismatch between messages I have received and the total reward sum (I have triple checked).
I have received 94 messages. My reward shows 96 mil. I have no idea which 2 scans have given reward but no message.
Biology 2 and 5 never seem to yield result. I have done the scan for these on 4 sites for each so far. Lang 20 has also failed to give a message twice.
Currently I'm missing Bio 2, 5 and 10. Lang 13, 14, 15 and 20.
Unfortunately I have not kept track of exactly what works and what doesn't.

When you say it doesn't work, what happens ? Do you get an error ? or just nothing ?
Did you check your scan count ?
I've checked my logs, and I'm currently at 99/101. T7 has been sorted out. I must have missed the msg, because it's in my log. I currently can't find a working T11 and C11. I've been checking the route planner but the sites have alle changed So my problem now is that I cant find the right obelisk .

Yeah. I was on HIP 39768 (page 3). obelisks 1, 6, 10, 11, and 12 gave me data, but not what the route 2 map shows (10 and 11 were correct). I did scan the other 5 active obelisks and got data that is at other sites. I never paid attention to the Designations....H, B, C, T.......to my detriment now it seems.
Not sure what to do. I think I might turn this in and start over again keeping track. Sillycone might be on to something.

Are you talking about your journal logs, logs you have kept on the side or the messages you get from Ram Tah?
Must admit that I haven't checked my journal, are scans registered there?
If so, what do you search for. (At work now, so can't check.)
Refering to the messages I get from Ram Tah, combined with logs I keep on the side. The T7 i forgot to hook off. For the T11, I'm just lost, as they keep ******* with the Beta sites
