I purchased 3 king penguins on Franchise mode, one for C points and the others for cash. My penguin that I purchased for C points is missing. I've checked filters, I have checked all forms of storage, she's gone. I can see it in my transaction history but that's it. I even restarted the console and game. I can't find this penguin, anything I can do or am I just out the points? Thank yall

have you checked the zoo tab? There is a list of all the animals in your zoo and their location. If you filter it by penguin you might find her (you might have accidentally put her in an already-built enclosure with animals that won't hurt her (I've done this before). If she's not there it does seem like she's gone completely and you've been ducked the credits.
I checked, its only showing the two I purchased with cash, I can only find her in my transaction history, thank you for the response though
