My problem is my amount of time to play with time it takes me to do a mission
A restore in an empty settlement should not take more than 5-10 minutes, including looting the settlement but with no Scav, plus like 5 minute travel time. So you should be able to do at least 4 missions per hour.
If dealing with scavs is a problem and it takes you too much time, you can fit a pair of advanced dumbfires and nuke them from orbit (i find it fun and i prefer to do it on-foot)
Anyway thanks a lot for suggestions, I'll try the PTR mission again with your suggestions, I've never looked about time of post targhoid status and any tried I've got bugged missions.
Use the thread to find what systems have defeated invasions in the previous thargs-week - that means they just got in PTR state and all settlements will be abandoned and ready
to plunder to restore. Which means that all missions in that system will be doable.
Just an extra step - check the system on Inara and see if the factions are in any of the states that would normally lead to restore missions with bodies and fires (Civil Unrest, Lockdown, Pirate & Terrorist Attacks etc) - if so, the settlements owned by that faction may be bugged and not trigger the mission when you land.
For example, last Thursday,
HIP 20492 just entered in PTR. It has about 30 settlements, all abandoned (at least for today and tomorrow, form Thursday most will be powered up), a good mix of industrial and military with some extraction, agri and high tech.
Only one faction is in Bust, but it doesnt have any settlements and Bust presumably will not interfere with the missions
Another very good target for this week ((which ends with the Thursday morning maintenance)) is
HIP 20899.
It has close to 100 settlements, all abandoned and a good mix of them, active outposts* , no bad states for factions.
(which is good since outposts as bases of operations are just perfect since they are faster to dock and take off, faster to navigate since they're smaller and being in the normal operational state it mean you can check both on-foot mission kiosks but also in-ship mission board - Operations section - for restore missions, the 2 boards offer different missions, so easier to pick the ones that have your preferred reward )
