Newcomer / Intro Apologies, but...

After a couple of years with defunct PCs not able to run Elite Dangerous in its updated formats I now have a pristine higher spec PC


The problem I have is that I can't remember to how to get it downloaded as I am a Founder member and don't fancy paying for it all again and losing everything I had built up.
I can't find anything appropriate in the various threads and have spent way too mch tiome searching so was hping some nice friendly Commander could assist me by pointing me in the right direction.

Go to "My Downloadable Products" and download the launcher installer for the game version that's there (probably Premium Beta).

Thanks for this, sadly that is what I have tried but drawn a blank as all the downloads are pre 2014!

The 2014 order date is not an issue - it relates to when the "purchase" was applied after pledging.

If you see something like the following, it's the first item:
