In preparation I've copied all the files from my normal ED folder (in products) in to the "PUBLIC_TEST_SERVER" folder. This usually means download times are faster as it's only replacing and updating files rather than having to download everything from scratch

I'm not interested in PowerPlay.
I wrote an email to Micheal to skip 1.3 entirely and start development of 1.4 immediately.
1.4 will be focused on engine management only and will take 6 months to be published as beta
I think that 1.3 will not be released.

yes, I played powerplay from the first release and it was boring.
The new engine management in 1.4 will be more funny because you will be able to push engines up to 200%
Pushing engine to 200% will activates every UA stored in caro hold, revealing black stars positions.
