I constantly come across people who are frustrated that they had their requests turned down or were otherwise unsuccessful. Sometimes reasons for the rejections seemed obvious to me, but not the person making the request. In other cases I noticed rejections without proper justification as by the list of official criteria. I believe the process of PMF insertion needs some additional clarifications from Frontier, so that hopefully many people's frustrations can be addressed or outright prevented.
