Arx problem

validate integrity of game cache files via the steam library page elite icon
then use the launcher options log of machine
that may work
 
Just in case it may help I'll throw this in.

When Arx first hit the spaceways I bought some through Steam. But it did not show up. I contacted Frontier who suggested logging out machine. But before I did that (and have to relink accounts or whatever it would entail) I simply logged out on the launcher (not machine) and relogged and there was my Arx. Worth a go if you haven't already.

Pretty much this, your launcher MUST be logged in through steam for you to receive ARX bought through steam.
