Really i'm sicked.Every day the same scripted event, 3 big ships appears from nothing and destroy my type-9. 5Milions of rebuy[down], every day. I have not so much time to play and it's not normal for a game. It's a game right? Or not? There are many people like me, please do something one time.

You might need to buy a different ship....cheaper or better.
3 big ships as in npc's or cmdrs? A type 9 is always a hot target since it can't defend itself that well.
5 million for a Type-9 rebuy suggests you haven't upgraded it much. Perhaps don't jump into an expensive ship without the funds to properly outfit it?
If it's players killing you, then switch modes. If it's NPCs, submit, boost and high /low wake.
Don't be greedy either, take good shields.
Basic rule of the universe is if you're carrying cargo, someone else wants it.

Maybe think about swapping the T9 for an Anaconda.
It may carry slightly less, but it can jump further, and defend itself much better, and handles better.
Works out better in the long run.

I gotta say, the Type-9 with its super weak Hull and pathetic Shields really didn't fare well over the last major Updates.
I remember ending up running it with Military Bulkheads, 7A Shields, a small SCB and as many 0A Shield boosters as the 6A Power Plant could still handle - and thus making it nearly immobile as such, jumprange was pityful.
In the end, I ditched it, as it didn't seem to be a useful Ship anymore. It just couldn't handle anything.
Last one I lost was to a Wing of 2 NPCs, a Python hammering me nonstop with Plasma and the other Ship with Beams.
Blew up at 140% heat trying to HiWake out of there ASAP Chaffing & Afterburning like a maniac. Didn't make it, Ship didn't offer the durability to survive those ~25 seconds total time.
My current rating of the Type-9 : 1 out of 5 stars, wouldn't purchase again

Equip shields, A6 really is minimum on the T9 imo, plus at least two boosters. With that setup you can take on a high rank Python with escorts without a scratch on your ship. Against 3 Pythons or larger, you submit and high wake out.
If you have a long cooldown you must engage each ship, if you try to run you'll die, engaging the ships will make them take evasive maneuvers - Seems more like a bug to me but it works, at least until Sarah fixes the AI.
Against humans, 3 big ships, nothing you can do.. Emergency drop to avoid the interdiction in the first place, once they have you, you are dead.
I used to run with 2 'A0' Boosters and Chaff, figured out that's it better to run 3 'A0' boosters

Execatly this is the point. Some ships are difficult to defend. Really u suggest to change ship ? Really? It's a game, i work every day, i live alone and i have not so much time(like all normal ppl) to play. I accept to lose but i don't understand why the rebuy cost is so high. They were 3NPC, Federal Agents in the empire sys. This is the third time in 4days. I'm tenacious but not every ppl are so, some friends leave for this.

It's OK to complain but you should at least state the facts. Your ship configuration is absent from your post. Please post your ship configuration, preferably using Coriolis, or don't complain.
I don't get alot of play time either. But due to how terrible the T9 actually is, switching to an Anaconda, despite the higher rebuy, will
actually save you money, with less rebuys.
Remember, rebuy is only 5% of the purchase costs. Any lower and there no point even having it. You may as well just get a free new ship .lol
Another comment, not to be taken personally, is you work alot, yet live alone, and you still don't have much time to play? Lol I gotta squeeze my time in between full time work, and a very demanding girlfriend. Which basically leaves nothing usually! I envy you for living alone. o7

Keep at it mate, I would definitely upgrade those shields a bit more. You mention Fed agent's, that sounds like you are aligned to a faction in Power Play, do you actually take part? I was aligned to get Prismatics, got constantly interdicted, as soon as I left the power things went back to normal.

Always submit to interdictions so that the FSD is ready in 10 seconds.
Also bind a key to enter supercruise, as its a lot faster than jumping to another system.
If whatever you are doing isn't working, you should try doing something else. If the idea of trying something else doesn't appeal to you, you only have two choices:
1) Quit.
2) Continue to fail.
That goes for many things in life, btw...

Good build, but the T9 needs a minimum A6 distributor to allow infinite boost, those A7 thrusters make practically zero difference, not worth the weight -D7's suit the ship best. A mix of multi's and pulse allow you to downgrade the powerplant to an A5 and save weight

I recomend he spends the 100 mil he can afford on a Python.
