I like remoteness. It'll feel like my own personal station.
So I've relocated my entire fleet to Orion Tourist Center and all is well. It's beautiful and peaceful. To see the asteroid base from afar in the ring is astounding. There aren't many missions, mostly just donations. There are local passenger missions however that could be very profitable once allied. I've also done some light bounty hunting. Regarding the missions board, why can't there be more missions? Add shipyards to all the asteroid bases to entice commanders to relocate out of the bubble. That said, somehow I'm still not satisfied with Orion's remoteness. I found a base in the Rosette Sector with a population of 50,000 so perhaps there is a shipyard there. I'm on an exploratory mission there now.

Tonight I looked around for in-bubble ABs, and went to Mitzi's Den in Runo- an asteroid base with a shipyard, but disappointingly not situated in a planetary ring. It's just a solitary floater.
I went to Freeholm too, but forgot to look for a shipyard. It's a floater too though. No ring.

Mung0, check out Pirate's Lament in HIP 17519. Its in a ring belt in an anarchy system with multiple Haz Rez's nearby, plus tons of smuggling missions available. Inxplicably, it has no Black Market, but it's in Delaine territory so surely there's one nearby. Also, no shipyard, which sux.

Limpet & ammo supply- check
Black market- NOPE, but probably one in-system.
Anarchy- check
Miner npcs- check

It's got a shipyard too so that's a big plus.
No black market.. Whyyyyeeeeee.. I guess that's why they call it pirate's lament?
