Not everyone has the means to record hours of play in the hope of capturing an elusive bug.
People have posted their experiences, with as much detail as they can. If you're prepared to stick your fingers in your ears and call it '', well...

I've presented it upthread. So have other people. Calling people reporting problems liars is not the position of rationality.
After seing endless rant posts of players claiming there were AI bugs and/or NPC superweapons which "melted shields in seconds", followed by videos of said players flying eagles and facetanking with 0 pips in SYS and other similar situations, you have to understand that it became hard to simply take word as evidence and taking such "bug" reports seriously.
Oh, so now it is an elusive bug.. Before you jumped in, did you even bother to read the post I originally replied to?

Of course, there were also the videos that showed 'shields melting in seconds' actually happening, which appear to have been conveniently forgotten by these pseudo-sceptics now that one major cause of problems has been taken out of the game. That doesn't mean there aren't any others.
Loud demands for proof mean nothing because, it's pretty clear, no amount of proof will be enough for some people. They're just trying to avoid admitting that they might be wrong.
As is calling people liars who doubt that some players can distuinguish a bug from their own incompetence and demand therefore proof.
Proof has been given. End of.
