They knew people were expecting those two the most, so they probably did it on purpose to confuse us hahaIm very confused. It screams for Woodlands an Nocturnal at same time
I don't want to be that guy, but captive-born dart frogs are totally safe to touch, they get their poison from their diet in the wild. It makes sense not to take them from the exhibit because they are so tiny and could get lost, though. All venomous snakes, all big bad spiders , scorpions and poisonous frogs should not be held due to zoo safety regulations
It's going to be funny if they just wind up teasing an animal or animals that fit the cross section of these two. If we just get raccoons or Tasmanian devils, we're not going to know anything for sure until tomorrow.Im very confused. It screams for Woodlands an Nocturnal at same time
Ah ok, I just learnt to never touch colorful frogs despite what others tell you. I'm probably wrong of course like alot of thingsI don't want to be that guy, but captive-born dart frogs are totally safe to touch, they get their poison from their diet in the wild. I thought exactly the same with the frogsI don't want to be that guy, but captive-born dart frogs are totally safe to touch, they get their poison from their diet in the wild. It makes sense not to take them from the exhibit because they are so tiny and could get lost, though.
I would follow that advice, though, unless 100% sure, better safe than sorry!Ah ok, I just learnt to never touch colorful frogs despite what others tell you. I'm probably wrong of course like alot of things
Did you hear how he said when i look into your eyes ? That was a signSome Brokeback Mountain vibes :3
In the wild....definitely. But I would guess that 99,9% of the poison frogs in captivity aren't poisonous anymore... Although it's in general, the more colorful the animal is (especially reptiles, amphibians or insects), the more poisonous/dangerous it is (except them that use that for confusing other animals )I would follow that advice, though, unless 100% sure, better safe than sorry!
OhhhhhWait, it just clicked.
