Back in my Asp, and suddenly the game clicks again

I firmly believe in "the right tool for the job". Here is what I fly:

The Core Fleet
Asp Explorer Exploration Build - 40ly range, SRV, AFM and enough speed to run when needed
Asp Explorer Smuggler - Over 400 m/s boost, 72 ton cargo, great for rares and smuggling, can fight reasonably well if needed
Anaconda Miner - With 11 collectors, 10 slot refinery, SLF, heavily armed, massively engineered and still 192 tons capacity - mining in peace!
Python Mission Runner - where ever outposts are the destination. Surprisingly agile and strong after some engineering
Cutter Multi-Role - almost fully engineered shield tank with a lot of firepower and SLF. Convertible as a 400 ton armed trader or battle-ship for everything PVE

Other ships:
Hauler - the Taxi (even has a yellow paint job)
Imperial Courier - just for the fun of a super-nimble and fast fighter
Imperial Clipper - the big ship that can dog-fight, lots of fun... and fast!

Moth Balls:
Vulture - used to love it, but less useful than the big Cutter Battle Tank and less fun than the Clipper or Courier
