Bacon Cats!

My lovely tabletop gaming group always has a supply of salted caramel and chocolate chip cookies on hand whenever we get together. They're entirely not good for me.

This is probably even less good for you!

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired..
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world ?

Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

I have an irresistible urge to post some music about cats...

Hello Bacon Cats. Just popped in to say hello.

You may or may not know that the Minutemen (fed casual group) also enjoy Carnoeck Space Bacon. Some of us also call Bacon City home.

Always pleased to know of fellow bacon lovers.

How do i join up with this group? Bacon love is a given for anybody who isn't a cyborg masquerading as a human, but tea is where my real passion is.
I searched for BACON CATS as a group in Elite and came up empty handed.

The group itself can't actually be named "Bacon Cats", at least not unless I or somebody else names their commander "Bacon Cats". The naming of private groups is wholly dependent upon the name of the commander that originally creates the group. Do not join any "Bacon Cat" group as it will be a fake.

As far as joining - behave like a Bacon Cat, uphold the ideals of a Bacon Cat and help people out with good cheer, irreverence and bacon. In real, practical terms it's more of a philosophy that gets one gradually accepted than being an actual club to apply for membership to. One simply knows when one is a Bacon Cat.

As for playing with others - the best route I can recommend is to explore space within the most excellent Mobius private PvE group. Most Bacon Cats also fly there and I'm pretty sure most would recommend that as a great place to play, if one can abide by the rules.

Needs fixing badly, does that!

It'd be lovely if they did that and offered the chance for those of us with obvious pre-existing claims to name our groups appropriately.

Ho hum, a pipe dream!

You know, thinking about it, if you look at the list of groups that Zac is putting together here, I'm pretty sure they aren't all named after the CMDR who started the group. Might be worth firing him off a PM to see if he can help out.

Obviously, I don't know if they didn't register their group with their name, and this is just what they want it called in relation to supporting a faction...

For what it's worth, I've sent email regarding 'registering' as a group/in-game power on that list. However the name when a private group mode group (what a mouthful) is made automatically comes from the player that made it - there's just no option to change things on creation or afterwards within the game as far as I can see. But I'm willing to fire off an email... Do I have to go find an appropriate address now? :(
