Powerplay Best Station in Each Powerplay Faction for Outfitting?

Hello, bit of a noob to powerplay and station searching.
I was aligned with Li Yong-Rui for a little over a month and grinded enough at the powerplay to unlock the Pack-Hound Missle Launcher. Before I joined, I did a little searching and asking a friend of mine what the best station to dock all my ships at so I could outfit them all properly. That turned out to be Ray Gateway in the Diaguandri system. Very few things I had to go to a different station for.
So now I'm looking to join Zemina Torval to unlock her special mining laser, but trying to narrow down my searches to find the best station to park my ships at is proving rather difficult. Ideally, I'm looking for the best station where I can buy new ships and outfit them all without having to travel a lot between systems just to A-rate a new ship and without having to journey into enemy faction territory.
I'm more than likely going to be doing the same thing a month from now if I decide to switch factions again to unlock another unique item.

So does anybody have a preferred station within each power faction where they can park all of their ships, buy new ones, and outfit them all fairly, if not very, well?

A couple of possible ides for you...

I was always more concerned with getting my stuff at discount. Getting your ships and equipment at 15% off retail, has the advantage of costing less upfront. The hidden advantage is that lower cost upfront, also lowers the overall value of the ship. So if you lose it, the rebuy costs less too.

For a long time I was docked in CD-58 538. It's a high tech, high security system, with good outfitting but no discount. Outfitting there isn't quite Ray Gateway or Ohm City good, but Hornby Station is pretty close. It's also pretty well central in the Bubble and most regional PP powers. So when you switch factions, it's not going to be a major hit to your jumping time. It's close to Mitra, 60 Ly South-ish of Sol and Sirius, and about the same jump distance to LHS 20 and Shinrarta D. The system also has 2 Coriolis stations. I always tried to keep the other station in independent or anarchy hands. Doing that allowed for more diverse ship selection within the system. Both stars are class M, so you can refuel before docking or leaving the system.
