Patch Notes Update Beta 2.05 Now available.

Beta 2.05 will be available by 11:50 BST

Thanks to your continued feedback and logging of tickets, the team has managed to put together a further update for beta 2.

One big issue that the community flagged up was the problem with loading times: some players were experiencing delays with starting the game, in hyperspace and coming out of supercruise. 2.05 is geared directly at ironing out these issues, to make cruising through space a smoother experience.

We need you!

The community has been incredible so far with feedback, and the team wouldn't have been able to put these updates out without you. Please continue logging tickets and replying to this thread in the forum, so the devs can see if the above aspects have been improved, and stop any problems the changes may have introduced.

No word out the outfitting bugs like not being able to jump or interact with any markets etc once you have changed the ships system significantly until you quit and re-log?

Hopefully putting a stop to and not a continuation of the gamestopping crashes every time when exiting hyperspace, which I experienced suddenly since yesterday night!

Ok, while that's good I can't help but feel a little worried that these other pretty big game breaking bugs are being left to one side and indeed we will get even more potentially buggy mechanics added before we can hope for them to be squished. I would have thought have a real bug squashing push before new mechanics were added would have been preferable.
