I suppose the question comes down to "What is free access". I kind of thought it might mean I would be able to "freely access" one of the five new ships from the shipyard. And then access it permanently thereafter, for free. Like I do my other ships. As opposed to the way I might, for example, "freely access" my local park, or pub (except on New Year's Eve).
So on reflection I'd prefer it to just say plainly "You get one of the 5 new ships for free".
Perhaps Frontier could clarify?
