Our faction in our home system reached 75.8% INF ( Saturdays tick 08:57 UTC ) and did not show as expansion pending , the next tick on Sunday 09:03 UTC our INF showed as 80% and still no signs of expansion pending, our other systems are not in expansion and we are not in expansion cool down anywhere ( 2 weeks since we completed our last expansion, we have several systems we can expand to , but still no signs of the expansion process starting. any ideas ?

yeah my bad on the timing, and yep we are now in expansion pending 07According to Inara, you now have Expansion Pending. Starting BGS threads 15mins before the tick is bound to make the post pointless
You are not the only one to have Expansion not kick in immediately as we currently expect.
