Bigger jump drives (For ARX?) 100 LY pre-engineer

YES 57 LY is no legs, I wouldn't mind so much if I could ask the ships computer to set a course anywhere, then get out of my seat and relax somewhere in the ship, maybe talk to some of the crew or passengers, watch FOX news or something? "we will arrive in the designated system in 2 weeks 3 days and 8 hours" great I'll log on in a fortnight rather than sit there spamming the drive a 57 LY per jump.
Maybe Star Citizen is more for you? Only 2 systems I think (though the jump time is quite long) - and no aliens. Sounds ideal 🤔

Explorer ships only, a module to slap an extra 100 LY range (engineerable) takes a slot. It's not really too much to ask, even maxed out 200LY range it would still require weeks of grinding boring repetition to get anywhere. Log in, open the galaxy map, log out. I am not going to spend weeks crossing that. Or at least introduce regional jump gates, come on FD it's 2019.
Maybe I'm wrong (usually am) but if I heard it correctly, the carrier's will be capable of a 500 ly jump. And anyone whom buys one has their choice of one out of four. One of them is designed for exploring, what ever that means.

What are you trying to accomplish? Are you really out exploring or are you just trying to get somewhere? because what you are describing is not exploration, it is travelling...

What would a increase of jump range from 60 to 200 do? cut that travel time in a 3rd? so instead of spending 3 weeks you now have to speed one week?

So please elaborate what it is you think you will "explore" that takes weeks with a 60 LY jumprange.

A sidenote, you can already boost your jumprange to 200+ LY usnig neutron stars...

Get a guardian booster, engineer an exploration ship, and synthesize your jumps.

Get good and neutron jump.

Those.
There's gameplay involved that can make your trip shorter, which is very good idea.
Paying real money for better modules, on the other hand, is horrible idea.

if all that space travel is so boring, then what is so exciting at the end of that "grind" that you must go there?

And to get anywhere you need only to jump somewhere.

I went to colonia in a 25ly cutter

That's some serious exercise in putrid masochism you display there, folks! Moving under 30-40 inside the Bubble feels like a pain in the arx already...

Unlike some I think the stars between the places you want to get to instantly are just as important, and sometime more so, accusing other players of putrid masochism because they choose not to take the path of instant gratification is rather low I am afraid, yours is not an opinion that can be take seriously.
