Black Adder Error code: Cannot purchase carrier

Sorry if there's been any misunderstanding here! The cost of the Fleet Carriers in the beta is to reflect the actual cost of a Fleet Carriers when they go into the live game in June. There is currently no technical issue known with everyone owning one, and in this beta we were trying to focus on reviewing the affect that Fleet Carriers will have when they enter the live game. Naturally, since they are an end game goal, not everyone would potentially get one at launch but certainly over time we hope that many Commanders get the chance to own their very own Fleet Carrier!

I suspect this is a function of the previously reported limitation of max stellar bodies in any given system (256?) ...and the vast number of players buying a carrier ...and then just leaving it there instead of moving it elsewhere. Just a guess, ofc. All I know is my purchase requests have been rejected six times (usually after I've had to repeatedly restart the mode selection and game entry process again). I'm getting "Black Adder" error, too.

(Can you purchase modules for the FC from anywhere, or does it have to be in the system of the carrier vendor? I can't remember).

Colonia had 28, I got a Black Adder. Colonia later had 14 carriers, I got a Black Adder.

same here, as soon as i hit purchase carrier, "something went wrong" and then disconnect and black adder error. i'm in Kruger 60

I also tried in another System but no change.
I also did a "Log out Machine" as that had helped a few guys during Beta issues - but didn't change anything.

purchase confirm -> transaction failure got longer each time.
