It was updated every day every few hours, given i saw my location change twice a day.

I didn't, thats actually because you can't get a slave driven bounty anymore

cargo scans for prohibited goods don't give bounties only stolen ones

I am working on something but Its not exactly a fast process atm, will head over to barnards star though! Edit 1: I'll be in the extraction zone around planet 5 for about an hour! Edit 2: Well I'm done for the day sorry I didn't see you, I did cause a federation bloodbath at that extraction zone but after an hour it was time to pick up and go home.
