Here's the report I recorded.
Hopefully it should be on the Broadcast rotation with in 24 to 36 hrs.
The High Speed Mayhem that is the Buckyball Racing Club wrapped up their latest event recently.
The Border Hopping Race had competitors Thumbing their Noses at the System Security Forces of both Empire and the Federation. In an effort to complete the course in the shortest time possible.
Starting from Gaiman Dock in Beta Pictoris, Racers were given free reign to establish the fastest course through the 4 checkpoints of Bresnik Port in 82 Eridani, Mikulin Hub Kamchaa System, Tsunenaga Port LHS 200, and Michalitsianos Hub in the Kapod system
Returning to Gaiman Dock with tales of dodged interdictions, narrow escapes from station security, and hefty ship repair bills to set their time.
After the last of the competitors had completed the course, and all ships placed in dry dock for much needed repairs.
It was CMDR Alot with the Zorgon Petersen Hauler "Explodes on Contact" Stamping his authority on the event crossing the line in an impressive 21min 6sec.
A time of 22min 52sec was good enough for CMDR Raiko in the Asp Explorer "The Nomad" to clench 2nd place.
Holding a narrow margin over CMDR Rusticolus in another Hauler called "The Badger" with a time of 23min flat to complete the podium.
An honourable mention goes out to CMDR Alec Turner in the Cobra Mark 3 "Bottle Of Smoke" for banging and scraping his way around the course, and survive, to finish with an uncomfortably slender 1% hull remaining.
We here at Radio Sidewinder salute your "Win It or Bin It" attitude CMDR, but we're not too envious of your repair costs.
Details of the next event "The Bump'n'Grind Outpost Dash" can be found at buckyballracing.org.uk
This has been CMDR Ceska Zbrojovka, evading the authorities in Beta Pictoris, for Radio Sidewinder News.
I'll let you all know when it'll be available for your Ear Holes!

Shadowplay doesn't work with Surround so I evaluated a bunch of different recording tools. Eventually I settled on Action! Worth a look if you can't get Raptr to work properly.
