That’s a hard no you didn’t gank tffBeen there yesterday with my unarmed Phantom,scanned the four Logs took pictures,a couple of other CMDRs were in,usual "o7s" "hi there" etc..etc.. back to my ship an Anaconda comes in,SRV gets out I send a salute and his answer is a volley from the SRV,no harm but...his diamond becomes red I am in the right to deal justice! Take off and land "hardly" on top of his SRV,squashed... firework... died (him),did I gank him? Forgot to add, I scanned his Conda he had no weapons but all Utility slots were filled with Point defense Turrets

That's merely 300LY from Sol, deep in 99.99% explored space, just a tad outside the bubble. "Unexplored Region" (?)
Rather the opposite and right on the bubble-SagA* highway, making it one of the most overly explored Regions of known space.
Just 5 jumps from Shinrarta with my phantom,totally agree!
Fdev placed the system so that everyone can participate without a long haul.
I wouldn't have participated if i had to travel for hours just to get there.

That wasn't my point.
My point was "unexplored Space" - which this is clearly not. That's literally calling something like Route 66 or the German A1 Autobahn and its immediate surroundings "unexplored".
It's well-known that FDev basically lets almost everything happen within ~1000LY of Sol for accessibility. Just can't call that "unexplored space"

Sometimes, you just have to shake your head in disbelief at the things that people do.
Had a similar occurrence, a random intercept by a CMDR in a much lesser ship, I let him shoot me, no damage to my ship and flew circles around him. Finally he sent a comm, asking if i was in an engineered ship, said yes and I let him fly away. Seal club him? Naw, it would have been pathetic.

I absolutely loved the story of this event, too bad there was almost no clues Also i wish the system wasn't found so quickly even without additional clues. That kind of riddles should look more like Adamaster mystery with multiple leads ( but without bugs ). Yet its great addon, and i wish we'll see more of it, its new stories many players want to see.

Just look at the jump in the number of commanders online when this went live (about 11,000 I think).
As far as clues they didn't get a chance to post any more, it was solved in about 2 hours by brute force, I think they underestimated the power of the Elite community.
Its difficult to balance a puzzle that is challenging but no so hard as to be frustrating for all but a few.
After Fdev giving us the Halloween event and this one, I am excited to see what the future holds
I have been liking how they have been doing things recently.
