Community Event / Creation Buckyball Racing Club presents The Lion's Back (2 - 10 September 3303)

This sounds like me with Class 5s. I currently swap a bunch (5?) of drives between the RazorBear (DBX), Sugar Glider (AspX), Ahklut (Orca), Pink Polar Bear (Python), and Polar Maul (iClipper). Currently farming mats for another 30-40 rolls. Interesting how ship preferences can cluster around drive sizes.

Yep. I've also rolled some 30-odd Class 4's (for Excalibur), and... one lone Class 5 (for Almace), which was as previously noted by far the best drive I have rolled. But mostly I roll Class 3's in the hope of getting Joyeuse the drive she deserves.

It's still processing the higher resolutions (as of the time of this post, it's only showing in 360p, but the other resolutions should fill in. Beats the whopping 144p it got stuck at last time, regardless!), but here's the video of my run.

Drakhyr, I'll leave it to you if you want to bother editing the results to include this or not. It'd be cool if you did, since I did submit it, but I wouldn't blame you if you didn't, either.

Plugging the next race again, now that I've got a banner.
Race thread will be sorted for Wednesday or Thursday. :)

Buckyball Racing Club presents Fat Tony's Festival of Racing
Featuring the Ironbucky Trophy

Brash Dock [Siren] - 23-SEP-3303 to 01-OCT-3303.

Long time Buckyball racing fans and notorious mobsters jovial entrepreneurs Anthony "Fat Tony" Lonnegan and Enoch "Little Nuk" Lonnegan - aka the Lonnegan Brothers - invite you to join them for a week-long festival of Buckyball racing at Brash Orbital orbiting one of the beautiful twin-Earths in the Siren System.

Festival events include a traditional short range scramble around nearby stations, a quick lap of the bubble for longer range racers and trips out to the Wasat Cup Rally course in neighbouring Wasat for those who prefer to fly things with eight wheels.

The festival will also feature The Ironbucky Trophy for crazy racers who think they can run all three events back to back without repairs and the return of viewers' favourite The Lonnegan Brothers' Scale of Hotness.

Classes available will be Ironbucky, Open-Unlimited, and Cobra-Classic.
