Call of the wild - A list of pristine metallic rings

A pair of metallic planets in SYNUEFE UZ-G C26-4. 257.61LY down from ZENDE system.

@ Gorrister: HR 1185 planets With rings: (you asked for it in the UA/Canonn thread)

Pretty tedious, hope i didn't mess it up now:

Edit: Mined a bit in 1185B 1, 2 and 3, some Osmium and silver (rarely gold) otherwise the ordinary Leopold, coltan, bauxite etc. Take care when entering the Metal ring of 1185B1, Its not illuminated by anything so either a slow Journey to it or prepare for a hard drop.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Hi, DZ.
To see the composition of the rings you need a detail surface scanner.

But very much thank you. I will check the system as soon as I get back from my trip.
I also need to look for an alien coolthingy.

Another metallic planet first discovered by CMDR ARTIMUS BRANCH. 752.58LY from SOL.

Cool, great.
Thx.

Sorry, not quite 100% metal. First discovered by CMDR DACHANDE. Rings make up for it?

Can you tolerate this then (both in the same system and only 78.53LY from FEHU, which is a populated system):

Thanks go out to CMDR KVANT for being the first explorer to discover these gems:

Let's put this into perspective for a second - 2 planets that are 100% metal and 1.5 times the size of Earth. Oh and close to a place you can sell the metal (once atmospheric landing is allowed).

HIP 17272 - two helium-rich gas giants with metallic rings. HIP 17272 3 A ring + 7 A ring (very dark ring:)). This sistem in the civilian Bubble. Sistem has not a "first discovereds" , many helium-rich gas giants, and mega Ice World - 322 y.m.. Two stantions - OutPost + Coriolis. And good cost for sale metalls and peinite. Best sistem for mining in the Bubble for me)

When I'm out here exploring SYNUEFE, I'm always on the lookout for good metallic planets for you.
Obviously, you would like - No atmosphere and close to somewhere to sell. What good is exploration if it doesn't feed into the other trades? Answer - it's really not.

So here you go my friend. Nice and close to 2 systems with a station and no atmosphere.

All credit to CMDR EMBERIL for first finding this chunk of metal.
I added in the position, distance data on the screenshot in MS Paint for your convenience.

Depends what the intent of the spreadsheet is? If I am a miner looking for a metallic planet then I'd want to know how far I need to travel to sell my cargo.

I'm down surveying around the HEXAD group of ELW in SYNUEFE and came across these for you:

SYNUEFE UL-J D10-124 04SEP2015.jpgSYNUEFE SD-R C21-16 04SEP2015.jpg

These are next to each other and only about 180LY from EXPHIAY & CANOPUS stations. A bit farther away are some Empire stations.

Can you fill in your coordinates for calculation of the distance?

Thanks a lot by the way for collecting the data.

You guys are the best.

Ive started typing in both the coordinates and the SOL distance on the images.

Sorry, badly explained.

Are you able to use your coordinates in the spreadsheet to calculate your distance to the systems?
I don't know if it works.
