Can I play in VR with all my CMDRs?

Hi, all. I've got a Rift and it's linked to my primary CMDR - the one I got via the kickstarter all those years ago.

Since then I've bought two other CMDRs, each when I wanted to take part in stuff but the primary CMDR was out in the black.

Frontier appears to have removed the HMD option from the 3D graphics settings, instead expecting me to load it via Oculus Home.

How do I enable VR for the other two CMDRs?

the HMD option is not removed from the Menu, I can and do change it regularily (although I use a Vive). If you can't find it in your options, maybe try Dr. Kaii's EDProfiler - I use it to quickly change between screen and VR

Thank you for your reply. I wonder why it's missing in mine. I have linked one CMDR to Oculus Home and another to Steam, I can start ED in VR from those, but I'm stumped as to why it's missing. It was there before, but I've not put the headset on since going to Win10.

another to Steam

In order to start my second account (this one), I also made a second Steam account. If you end up struggling to find a quick and easy solution to your issue, perhaps you could do the same to link your third account?

I'm not really sure what you mean by 'linking' a CMDR, I suspect you mean you have downloaded the game three times, once through Steam, once through Oculus Home and once through the FD launcher...

So, if Steam VR and the Oculus Home version are working (which they would), have you told Oculus Home to allow unrecognized apps, as the FD launcer isn't natively known to Oculus Home. Go to Settings > General in Oculus Home and it's the first option, make sure it's switched to allow unrecognized apps. (Not 100% sure on the path I gave you as I'm not on my PC, but it should be fairly obvious.)
