Say KM and Miles, also Centigrade and Fahrenheit?

I really wish my country (USA) hadn’t been so wishy-washy about converting to Metric in the 70’s. It’s a waste of equipment and brainpower that we have to keep track of two measuring systems rather than one.
The game doesn’t measure temperature in Celsius/Centigrade or Fahrenheit. It correctly uses Kelvin, because that’s the scientific standard. As for miles etc - no. It’s the year 3310. Needlessly complex archaic units of measure were abandoned centuries ago. And regarding the in-game clock someone mentioned, just add or subtract the small number of digits from UTC, depending on your timezone, as I do living in UTC +8 timezone. Takes mere seconds. Not difficult.
You realise Brits are reasonably comfortable using both simultaneously? Admittedly metric has more influence than in the US.
