Cannot remove HUD on Xbox to create videos or take screenshot. Keyboard shortcut not working.

I have encountered an issue where I cannot remove the HUD by pressing Ctrl Shift G. I have got in contact with other players of the game and they are all on Xbox so far who have the problem. These influential members of Planet Coaster Console have also mentioned how the game seems much more greyed out since the last update. This removing of the HUD is a vital part of my process to make videos for YouTube on the Planet Plipcam channel. I would really appreciate a quick fix so that I can continue making Planet coaster console videos. I have submitted error reports and contacted all frontier/planco socials but got nowhere. Really hoping for this to be picked up. Thanks

Daft question, but which Ctrl and Shift buttons are you using?
I've found it only works with the right Ctrl and Shift buttons. The left ones don't work.

I have been using this feature for many months before it broke. You are correct that the right ctrl and shift is the only way to do it. Fingers crossed for a fix soon. Thanks
