Can't complete Source and Return mission?

I'm new to Elite Dangerous, just purchased it yesterday (though I've played many similar games - i.e. Oolite), and I've already run into a problem. I accepted a Source and Return mission at Coelho Station in the Matet system for 6 Animal Monitors. I then went to Dromi, bought 6 Animal Monitors, and returned to Coelho. Now, I can't click the "Complete" button for the mission on the mission board. I clicked the [+] button to select all 6 units to deliver, and the complete button remains grayed out no matter what I try. Eventually, I decided to try selling them on the market, but this also did not result in the mission being completed (even after re-visiting the mission board).

Am I missing something obvious? Is it a bug? Does anyone have any advice on how I should proceed?

Once you have filled the delivery bar (by pressing the + button as you found) you need to confirm by pressing the bar between the plus & minus buttons to complete the transfer. Then you should be able to complete the mission.
