Can't download odyssey soundtrack....

Have anyone opened a ticket to the frontier store support? Same happens if you try to download the Odyssey game client. My eBooks works normally.

I did and Frontier kinda resolved it for me by supplying me a direct link to the OST files... they are aware internally of this issue as i have the same problem still despite them bypassing it for me to get the OST.. they have assuree me they are looking into this very urgently as like they are with the performance and game server issues given there are many account holders having the issue
 
the problem with that on the issue tracker is it isnt ingame related.. what ppl really need to do is raise a direct ticket with them via the frontier support page on their store about their account it self (its a totally different reporting system) they will respond (pretty quickly too) and sort it for you... but like i said above they are very much aware of it.

I agree but I looked for 30 min and I couldn't find where I can open ticket.
 
I am logged into the Frontier Store (Check). I click "support" (Check). I get directed to a page that has a single button labeled "Frontier Store Support" and I click it (Check). I am now directed t o a page where I can "select" a bunch of common issues (e.g. "Why has my order been canceled" etc.) but I see no option for submitting an issue ticket on the frontier store. (I am logged in under my account).

<sigh>

Edit: I was able to finally find the way to submit a ticket (I had to click an issue - So i picked one that was as "closely related" to the issue as I could find. From there I was able to find a link to submit a ticket (Sorry - Can't remember which one I clicked, but I'm not certain that you can't get there from any of the "suggested" issues.)

Frontier (the store) got back in touch via email, stating they believed they had the issue fixed (they did not) but gave me a direct link to download the soundtrack (which worked).

One of his creations for Odyssey, a pre-order bonus, is not being delivered, with "Access Denied"?

Still getting this as well.
Also not willing to make anyone personally responsible for that, especially if I don't know for sure and it's just a name someone threw around. I think that's low, to be honest.
Customer support will sort that out.

That said, this issue is pretty annoying.

I'm considering legal action or at the very least a stern open letter.

Jokes aside, this is annoying FD, fix it, we paid for this!

You might need to describe that process in more detail. I can't see anywhere on the store for raising a ticket. On the frontier customer support site under 'store' there is nowhere to raise a ticket. etc.

Scratch that - I found it buried in the 'I cant log in to the frontier store' which is one of the few that have a submit issue button at the end of the page... <sigh>
 
It's bl00dy ridiculous that we still don't have the OST! I've contributed to two or three support tickets already.
Has there been any word from anyone at FD that we're aware of?
 
Doesn't even list the OST on downloadable content. Just Lifetime Expansion Pass, Arena, a gift copy of Elite to a friend and Elite 1984.
Same here (minus gift copy). Are there any LEPers here who've downloaded the OST? If so are you a Steam user etc.?

Standard user here, I don't use Steam or keys or anything.
